What are the modes of payment?

We currently accept only Paynow or Paylah payments. Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

What is the shelf life of the Bak Kwa?

As our Bak Kwa is made without any preservatives, it is best to consume the Bak Kwa within 5 days of purchase, when the Bak Kwa retains its freshness at maximum.

But you can store in a cool and dry place (room temperature) in an air-tight container and avoid sunlight. It can be kept at room temperature for 1 month or kept in the freezer up to 3 months. When serving again, heat the Bak Kwa in an oven or microwave.

Do note that the Bak Kwa may lose its moisture after being chilled.
